Profile

Paul is an early-career coach dedicated to helping individuals and teams navigate personal and professional challenges, particularly in moments of transition and uncertainty. He works closely with students and early professionals to unlock their potential, offering insights that empower them to grow and thrive in dynamic environments by clarifying goals, identifying obstacles, and taking purposeful steps forward.

Paul directs the Agile Practice Harvard Business Publishing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvard University that creates Harvard Business Review and other world-renowned leadership development material. He coaches individuals within and outside of Harvard, focusing on creating a dynamic that enables clients to grow and thrive, whether they are making a career change, starting a new role, or simply feeling stuck in their current situation.
