As Head of Coaching at CLICC, Hannah Judson leads programs that drive personal and organizational transformation. She specializes in helping leaders build self-awareness, reduce unproductive behaviors, and foster continuous improvement. With a holistic approach to leadership development, Hannah aligns individual growth with organizational goals, delivering impactful coaching that facilitates sustainable change.

During her 22-year tenure at Southern New Hampshire University, Hannah served as an Adjunct Professor and Faculty Coach, designing training programs and mentoring faculty. Her blend of academic rigor and coaching expertise helped countless students and faculty members grow professionally. Hannah’s ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights ensures her clients leave each session with clear steps toward achieving their goals.
