Coaching for youth, parents and whole family
Family CoachingCLICC's Family Coaching services support families through the transitions and challenges young people face as they move from high school to college and into their early careers. This service empowers both parents and their adolescent or young adult children, fostering mutual understanding and resilience during this pivotal time. Our coaches address a range of issues—from academic and career uncertainties to mental health awareness, identity development, and financial independence. Young adults gain confidence as they navigate independence, manage social pressures, and build their personal and professional paths.
For parents, our coaching provides a roadmap for balancing support with independence, adapting to evolving family dynamics, and understanding generational shifts in communication and values. We focus on building healthy communication, conflict resolution, and shared values, equipping families to manage stress, financial planning, and the challenges of letting go. Together, we help families establish lifelong skills, mutual respect, and meaningful connections that continue to grow through every stage. |
How it worksFamily unit coaching brings together all members who are working together to find solutions to relationship, finances, thriving together and behavioral topics. Sessions are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Youth coaching for adolescents, college students, and people new-to-the-world-of-work (ages 13-24) incorporates weekly 1-on-1 online sessions that focus on the client's goals, strategies for attaining them, and actions to take to succeed. Intermittent sessions with parents/caregivers are also scheduled as needed. |
